Website Design
I worked with a team of web developers to help create our new company website. With very tight deadlines to get the new site out to the public and deliver information to guests in a fast, more intuitive manner, I helped by assigning and resizing images, mapping the pages, and working with our copywriter to create the page content.



Eblasts
In addition to providing leadership to my marketing team, one of my individual focuses was to manage the email communications. Using MailChimp, Outlook, and MPZ Mail, I created all of the content that went into our email communications for each department. I would pull lists and segment leads based on information that we currently had and others that were gained on a daily basis, design them so our branding was consistent, create compelling copy, schedule the emails, and pull reports to measure acceptance.
Events
As a department that works to support other departments in a sense, one of the areas that I focused on was assisting the property management team and real estate teams on their tradeshow presence. While they would choose the events that they wanted to attend, I would create all of the collateral to be distributed, work with the show operations team to coordinate time tables, deliveries, advertising opportunities, and demographic information to tailor our messaging. I also put in place lead acquisition tools with an email follow up to communicate to attendants that opted into receiving information for our company.


Content
I would outline messaging prioritization for each of our communication demographics and use those guidelines when creating written content in emails, newsletters, articles, brochures, flyers, and webpages. I would research and implement AB testing with headlines and sales messages to see what was best received, and used campaign phone numbers, click through reports and Google Analytics to measure consumer behavior. I would use this information to make modifications to refine our messaging.
