Project Management

  • Responsible for accurate marketing reports (weekly and monthly) and processing status

  • Manages the workload and timeliness for future marketing and sales programs/ events

  • Managed marketing logistics, event collateral production/shipping, tracking invoices, ROI reporting, presentations, and collateral.

  • Build & maintain a customer email database for use in various promotions.

  • Coordinated interactions with internal clients and team members 

  • Be the central point of communication for all owned projects

  • Work with in-house and third party teams to develop marketing campaigns in multiple levels such as video, e-mail, social media, etc.

  • Manages project plans across multiple clients on identification of risks, contingency plans and status of each phase the project

  • Consulted with management regarding project proposals/contracts to determine time frame, capacity limitations, procedures for accomplishing the project, staffing requirements and key objectives.

  • Created project monitoring  and tracking plans

  • Ensured projects are delivered on time, within budget and in accordance with the approved scope.

  • Ensured regular status updates on schedule variance, risk analysis, deliverable expectations and mitigation strategies
