Digital Communications & Web
Digital communications tend to be one of my favorite avenues for marketing, because of the ease for segmentation, interaction and tracking. I managed a lot of the communications and digital presence for our divisions. Some general examples of this includes:

Email templates- Website lead responses, birthdays / anniversaries, events, executive outreach, listing sales funnel touchpoints, sales partner updates, and Womens Network

Listing Platforms- Created property listings on Real Capital Markets, Loopnet, and custom DealFlow landing pages

Newsletters- Bi-monthly office updates, investment snapshots from a broker, and sales channel quarterly touchpoints

Surveys- annual employee engagement, feedback loops, and event RSVPs

Website- broker profile updates, inbound responses from Real Capital Markets and Affordable Housing landing page responses or listing emails
Operations
I took on onboarding, office-wide communications, and was a lead in an executive committee that focused on goal setting and addressing personnel pain points. I also worked with teams in different offices to get information on what tools they were using, what company updates they found impactful, and what they used for onboarding materials in order to improve our processes.
